Gentle Day® Far-IR Anion pads are made of very thin and soft cotton material layers that help skin stay dry and healthy at all times. Specially designed side walls prevent leakage. The absorbent layer solidifies the liquid immediately when it condenses into the material. Non toxic adhesive tape, the same that is used in the food industry, promotes air flow. We never use toxic or industrial glue in our products!

While developing our newest line of products, we went back and looked carefully at the history of what is known as the sanitary napkin, menstrual pad, maxi pad, or just the pad. We found one common factor that got the pad where it is now, and the factor is innovation. From homemade grass menstrual pads to first adhesive strips, pads became more comfortable, more absorbent and considerably cheaper.
However, the quest for cheap products tempted many manufacturers to seek innovation while compromising quality and paying less attention to safety and comfort.
